Both cafés (George St and Nichol's) are open for breakfast from 7.30am and offer an all-day menu of à la carte and cabinet food to tempt your appetite.

Get a behind the scenes look at our state-of-the-art 5000L brewery and 1200L workshop. We take you through every step of the brew process, from the malt room, to the fermentation, bottling, and most importantly, tasting. Tours take around 45-60 minutes.

Open Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and seven days a week for evening dining (winter hours may apply). To ensure we have a table for you, reservations are recommended.
